How does the free trial work?+
Every plan starts with a 14-day trial. Starter needs no card to begin; Growth and Scale collect a card up front so your subscription continues seamlessly when the trial ends. You can cancel anytime before then and you won't be charged.
What happens when my trial or subscription ends?+
Your workspace becomes read-only: every campaign, plan, and history stays exactly where it is, you just can't make changes until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted, and picking a plan restores full access immediately.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings → Billing through the Stripe customer portal. Changes are prorated automatically.
How does annual billing save me money?+
Annual plans are billed at ten months' price for twelve months of service. That's effectively two months free, about a 17% discount versus paying monthly.
How is pricing structured?+
Tiers are based on the number of accounts and connections you manage, not per-seat. That keeps costs predictable as your team grows.
Does FluxPPC only work with Google Ads?+
No. FluxPPC plans and paces budgets for any campaign: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Amazon, events, product launches, or brand pushes. Google Ads is the one channel we auto-sync spend from today; for everything else you enter actuals manually (Meta, LinkedIn, and Amazon auto-sync are on the roadmap). The planning and pacing engine is channel-agnostic.
